6.6m planing powercat
The smallest in our range of production planing powercats that can accommodate permanent sleeping capacity for two adults and 2 children.

The emphasis is on accommodation with the same sleeping arrangement as th larger 7.5m and a small head compartment with a lifting hatch to give full headroom while showering.

Power is a minimum of two 50hp outboards or a single 100hp

This 7.5m trailerable powercat has been designed as a comfortable weekender for a family of four. The single bunks are permanently set up under the settees in the forward cabin. The forward backrest folds down to reveal the double bunk. It incorporates a large head/shower compartment with good headroom.

Power is from twin 75hp outboards which will give a top speed of 34 knots.

Larger power options are also available for higher speeds.

The inset is a photo taken during tank testing of our 16m planing powercat. Designed as a sport fishing boat for charter in the British Virgin Islands, the boat was required to cruise at 28 knots in moderate seas. We chose to use an asymmetric hull form for its efficiency at high speed and superior sea keeping.
